Kendall Katwalk is a mountain hiking trail that crosses high alpine terrain with dramatic views. The path runs along narrow ridges and contours carved into steep rock faces, giving walkers a sense of walking on the mountainside itself.

The trail began as a section of the Cascade Crest Trail before becoming part of the larger Pacific Crest Trail network. This connection linked it to a long-distance hiking route that extends across multiple western states.

The Katwalk is a segment of Section J of the Pacific Crest Trail, the long-distance route running from Mexico to Canada. Day hikers, trail runners and backpackers use it as a destination or as a stage on a longer northbound or southbound trek.

The Katwalk lies about 6 miles northeast of Snoqualmie Pass on the north ridge of Kendall Peak, reached via Section J of the Pacific Crest Trail. The 150-yard granite ledge is narrow and exposed, so time the crossing for dry, snow-free conditions rather than early-season snow. Carry water, since the ridge offers little shelter.
