The Cleveland West Pierhead Light is a round cast-iron tower 20 metres tall at the end of the west breakwater of Cleveland Harbor on Lake Erie. Its three floors held the keeper's quarters, and it has a double gallery and a lantern. A three-storey fog signal building stands beside it; the tower is painted white with a black lantern and red roof.

A signal station first operated here in 1884. When the breakwater was enlarged in 1911, that first lighthouse was demolished and replaced by the present tower. The site was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on 8 April 1983. In 2023 the General Services Administration put the lighthouse up for auction; the sale did not close, and in April 2026 the agency was seeking to donate it.

The lighthouse sits on a harbor pier and is best viewed from the water or nearby waterfront paths. Visitors should know that access may be limited and the location is exposed to wind and weather.

The present tower dates from 1911, when the breakwater was enlarged and the 1884 light was demolished.
