SUNTECH Tower

SUNTECH Tower is a 22-story commercial building with 240 office units occupying the upper floors and 40 retail spaces distributed across the ground and first levels. The offices feature generous floor-to-ceiling heights designed for flexible workspace arrangements.

Construction of SUNTECH Tower began in 2006 and concluded in 2008, making it the first building in Penang to achieve Multimedia Super Corridor certification. This completion marked a turning point in the region's evolution toward modern business infrastructure.
