Arte S, Residential towers in George Town, Malaysia
Arte S consists of two residential towers, with Tower B reaching 186 meters high and Tower A extending to 125 meters in height.
The development of Arte S began in 2013 by Nusmetro company, with construction completed in May 2018 after a three-year building period.
The architectural design of Arte S incorporates elements inspired by Penang Island's geographical features, positioned between hills and the Penang Strait.
The complex offers 480 residential units ranging from 54 to 516 square meters, spread across both towers with three underground parking levels.
The building contains special pod structures spanning four floors within the sky-garden of Tower B, positioned between the 35th and 39th levels.
