Arte S, Residential towers in George Town, Malaysia
Arte S is a modern residential complex in George Town comprising two towers of different heights. The taller structure houses apartments of varying sizes across multiple levels, served by extensive parking infrastructure below ground.
The project started in 2013 by the Nusmetro company and reached completion in May 2018 following several years of construction. This marked the finishing of a major residential development for the city.
The architectural design of Arte S incorporates elements inspired by Penang Island's geographical features, positioned between hills and the Penang Strait.
The complex features multiple entry points and clear pathways for easy navigation. Allow time to explore the various levels and communal spaces throughout the buildings.
The taller tower contains special pod structures that span multiple floors within its sky-garden feature. This design element sits in the middle sections and creates an unexpected shared space among residential levels.
