Etihad Towers, Building complex near Emirates Palace, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
Etihad Towers is a building complex made up of five towers standing along the western end of the Corniche in Abu Dhabi. The design combines residential, office, and hotel space in a connected structure of glass and steel that rises against the sky above the Arabian Gulf.
Construction of the complex began in 2006 and reached completion five years later. The finish marked a major moment in Abu Dhabi's urban development, as the capital reshaped its skyline along the waterfront.
The complex includes an observation deck on the 75th floor of Tower 2, presenting views of the Arabian Gulf and Abu Dhabi's urban landscape.
Access to the observation deck in one of the towers offers a view across the coast and city. Visitors find shops and restaurants in the lower floors that open during the day.
The towers served as a filming location for scenes in the 2015 movie Furious 7. The footage shows the building and its surroundings from different angles, bringing it to international attention.
