Marina Promenade, Residential complex in Dubai Marina, United Arab Emirates
Marina Promenade consists of six residential towers that line the Dubai Marina waterfront and offer views of boats and the city beyond. The complex sits along a wide pedestrian path with restaurants, shops, and cafes that open directly onto the water.
The complex was built around 2008 by architecture firm Zeidler Partnership as part of Dubai Marina's rapid transformation from an empty harbor into a lived-in neighborhood. This development helped establish the Marina as one of Dubai's major residential areas.
Marina Promenade is woven into the waterfront path, where residents stroll daily between towers and watch the life of the harbour. The residential and retail spaces blend so naturally that visitors get the sense the entire area flows as one place of exchange.
The nearby metro and tram stations are within walking distance and provide easy connections across Dubai. The pathway ringing the entire Marina is well-maintained and suitable for daily walks.
Each of the six towers has its own security service and direct access to the 7-kilometer pathway that circles the entire Marina. This private access gives residents an almost exclusive view of the harbor life.
