Bay Central, Skyscraper complex in Dubai Marina, United Arab Emirates
Bay Central is a mixed-use tower complex in Dubai Marina with three buildings reaching up to 180 meters tall and housing residential apartments, hotel rooms, and commercial spaces. The development features one taller central structure alongside two companion towers that create varied building heights along the waterfront.
Select Group completed the development in December 2012, adding to the expanding waterfront construction in Dubai Marina. The project emerged during a period of rapid building growth along the marina.
The towers represent how Dubai blends housing, hospitality, and commerce into single neighborhoods where people live and work side by side. The waterfront promenade here is a daily gathering space where residents and visitors move between apartments, shops, and dining venues.
The complex is accessible via Dubai Metro with direct links to shopping centers and the marina promenade. Visitors and residents can walk easily between the towers and access ground-floor restaurants and shops throughout the area.
The Central Tower has 50 floors while the two companion towers each contain 42 floors, creating an uneven roofline when viewed from the marina. This height variation produces changing sight lines and light patterns that shift as you move around the waterfront.
