National Parliament, Government office building on Baghramyan Avenue, Yerevan, Armenia.
The National Assembly building features light orange tufa stone construction, marble entrances, and wide corridors filled with natural light throughout the structure.
The building, completed in 1950, initially served as the home of the Supreme Soviet during the Soviet era before becoming Armenia's National Assembly in 1995.
The interior spaces include red and green halls with gilded details, reflecting Armenian architectural traditions through the skillful use of local materials and craftsmanship.
Located at 19 Baghramyan Avenue, the National Assembly building stands near other major landmarks including Cascade, Matenadaran, and the Opera House.
The 2009 expansion added a subsidiary building with natural and artificial wood elements, enhancing the original 1950s architectural complex.
