Casa Eastman, Neo-Tudor building in Limache, Chile
Casa Eastman is a three-story building arranged in an L-shaped footprint, featuring a combination of wood and brick elements. The construction showcases craftsmanship methods that were typical for residences of prominent residents in the early 1900s.
Architect Josué Smith Solar completed this residence in 1924 as a home for engineer Adolfo Eastman on his estate grounds. It marks an important example of early 20th century architecture in the region.
The municipality acquired the property in 2013 to establish a cultural center, preserving the architectural legacy of early 20th century Chilean construction.
The building can be accessed from its south-facing entrance and is located in the Valparaiso Region in central Chile. Visitors can reach the site easily when exploring the area's architectural heritage.
