Casa Eastman, Neo-Tudor building in Limache, Chile
Casa Eastman spans three levels in an L-shape configuration, incorporating wood and brick materials across more than 1000 square meters of construction.
The residence, completed in 1924 by architect Josué Smith Solar, served as the home for engineer Adolfo Eastman within his estate grounds.
The municipality acquired the property in 2013 to establish a cultural center, preserving the architectural legacy of early 20th century Chilean construction.
The main entrance faces south, and the building stands at coordinates 32°58'55"S 71°16'37"W in the Valparaíso Region of central Chile.
Underground tunnels stretching approximately 4 kilometers beneath the property connected various points across Limache, including the CCU beer factory.
