Estadio Guillermo Briceño Rosamedina, Football stadium in Juliaca, Peru

Estadio Guillermo Briceño Rosamedina is a football stadium in Juliaca, Peru, at 3,825 metres above sea level. It has four stands: Occidente (2,900 seats), Oriente (3,400), Norte (2,250) and Sur (2,250), with a maximum capacity of 18,030 spectators. The pitch is natural grass, and the stands use a seat-colour pattern similar to that of Cusco's Estadio Garcilaso, resembling Quechua textile designs.

The stadium was created in 1966 with the west and east stands, built through the efforts of Puno deputy Guillermo Briceño Rosamedina, holding 5,000 spectators. The San Román provincial municipality added the north and south stands in 1990, and construction finished in 1995 with a capacity of 10,250. Remodelling began in late 2016 with a budget of 29,206,507.70 soles; though unfinished, the ground has hosted Peruvian Liga 1 matches since February 2019.

The stadium is home to Deportivo Binacional, Diablos Rojos, Franciscano San Román and Unión Fuerza Minera. Its stands hosted the 2009 Copa Perú semifinal, won by Diablos Rojos over León de Huánuco, and the 2010 final, where Alianza Unicachi lost to Unión Comercio. In 2014 Unión Fuerza Minera lost the Copa Perú final there to Sport Loreto.

The stadium stands at 3,825 m above sea level in Juliaca, so allow time to adjust to the altitude before a match. Under Law 30037 and FIFA stadium rules only about 10,080 of the 18,030 seats may be occupied at sporting events, so tickets are limited even when the ground looks full.

The stands' seat colours echo the pattern of Estadio Garcilaso in Cusco, which itself recalls Quechua textile designs. The ground sits at 3,825 m above sea level, and its record crowds have been modest: Binacional's best-attended match there, against Universitario on 30 March 2019, drew 10,800.
