The Torre IRSA stands 82 meters tall with 24 floors, featuring a pentagonal shape and suspended floor structure at Maipú 1300.
Constructed in 1975 under architect Mario Bigongiari's direction, the building marked a new era of modern architecture in Buenos Aires commercial district.
The ground floor exhibition space and corporate offices reflect the integration of business and public spaces in Buenos Aires urban development.
The building contains two independent elevator banks with speeds of 210 meters per minute, serving office spaces of 400 square meters per floor.
The building introduced the first rooftop helipad in Buenos Aires, with a triangular core structure supporting its pentagonal base design.
