Brunetta Tower, Office building in Buenos Aires, Argentina
Brunetta Tower is an office building located at the intersection of Suipacha and Avenida Santa Fe in Buenos Aires. The 33-story structure features an aluminum curtain wall with blue glass panels, and includes elevators, multiple levels of underground parking, and a lobby finished with white marble and dark granite surfaces.
The Brunetta Company acquired the land in 1961 and completed the tower in October 1962. The building gained prominence when Olivetti, the typewriter manufacturer, occupied several floors and displayed its company branding at the structure's top.
The building earned recognition as Torre Olivetti due to the typewriter company occupying several floors and displaying their logo at the structure's summit.
The building offers multiple elevators and has ample underground parking for vehicle-owning visitors. Best accessed via public transport from nearby Avenida Santa Fe stops or standard street access from the surrounding neighborhood.
The complex includes a separate eleven-story residential building along Avenida Santa Fe with its own entrance distinct from the office portion. This dual-purpose arrangement is notable as many downtown structures keep commercial and residential spaces entirely separate.
