The Centro Cultural Roberto Fontanarrosa spans multiple floors with exhibition spaces, a main auditorium, and diverse rooms for artistic presentations.
Originally named Centro Cultural Bernardino Rivadavia, the building opened in 1978 on the former site of the Central Market demolished in 1962.
The center hosts international literary festivals, photography exhibitions, theater performances, and meetings with renowned writers from Latin America.
Located at San Martin 1080, the center opens Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 15:00, offering free admission to all visitors.
The facility was initially used as a press center during the 1978 World Cup before transforming into a permanent cultural institution.
