Basilica Shrine of Our Lady Mediatrix of All Graces

The Basilica Shrine of Our Lady Mediatrix of All Graces is a large stone and concrete building with tall walls and multiple entrances that occupies a significant footprint in the city. The foundation stone was blessed in 1935 by Bishop Antonio Reis, marking the start of construction on this site. The building was completed over several decades and gradually became an important religious destination.
