Basilica Shrine of Our Lady Mediatrix of All Graces, Catholic basilica in Santa Maria, Brazil.

The Basilica Shrine of Our Lady Mediatrix of All Graces stands on Avenida Medianeira in the Medianeira neighbourhood of Santa Maria, the end point of the Romaria da Medianeira. Its sanctuary was inaugurated in 1985 and raised to basilica status in 1987. A monumental altar stands on the grounds, inaugurated in 1975 in the presence of Cardinal Albino Luciani, later Pope John Paul I. In the crypt lie bishops Érico Ferrari and Ivo Lorscheiter.

Devotion to Our Lady Mediatrix began in 1928, when the Jesuit friar Inácio Rafael Valle arrived and had an image painted after prints brought from Belgium. Bishop Antônio Reis blessed the foundation stone in 1935, and in 1942 the bishops of Rio Grande do Sul proclaimed her principal patroness of the state. The sanctuary was inaugurated in 1985 and became a basilica in 1987.

The image venerated here is Nossa Senhora Medianeira, crowned canonically on 15 August 2024 by Archbishop Leomar Antônio Brustolin after Pope Francis authorized the coronation in May 2024, when the decree also named her Queen of the Gaucho People. The official hymn was composed by Dom Aquino Correa, Archbishop of Cuiabá, with Father Jorge Zanchi. The basilica is the finishing point of the Romaria da Medianeira, held since 1943.

The sanctuary stands on Avenida Medianeira in the Medianeira neighbourhood, the terminus of the Romaria da Medianeira pilgrimage. The crypt holds the tombs of bishops Érico Ferrari and Ivo Lorscheiter. The altar-monument was inaugurated in 1975 in the presence of Cardinal Albino Luciani, later Pope John Paul I.

This basilica is the only church worldwide dedicated to this particular Mary figure and has a special theological focus. The site also has a strong connection to local communities that make the pilgrimage there on foot year after year.
