Túnel da Conceição is an underground tunnel in Porto Alegre with two separate levels for opposing traffic directions. The structure contains four lanes on each passage and was designed to handle city traffic efficiently.
The tunnel project began in 1970 under Mayor Telmo Thompson Flores and was completed in 1972. It represented an important infrastructure addition to Porto Alegre during that decade.

The structure incorporates continuous foundation footings, containment walls, and ribbed slabs at both the intermediate floor and roof levels.
