Igreja de Santa Teresinha do Menino Jesus is a church with a modernist facade featuring three geometric panels above its entrance doors and an elevated position accessed by a grand staircase. The interior follows Renaissance church design with three naves separated by round arcades while incorporating contemporary architectural elements.

The parish was created in 1942, and construction of the church began in 1946 under Father Atílio Fontana. Services started in 1949 while the building was still incomplete. In 1952 Emilio Sessa was called to paint secondary ornamentation and panels in the apse and presbytery dome, alongside Aldo Locatelli's murals.

The interior walls showcase murals by artists Aldo Locatelli and Emilio Sessa depicting scenes from Saint Therese of Lisieux's life. These artworks shape the visual character of the space and tell her story through painted scenes.

The church is located on Ramiro Barcelos Street and welcomes visitors during regular services. It is helpful to check service times beforehand since they follow religious calendars and local practices.

The secondary ornamentation includes floral and geometric motifs imitating coffered reliefs, plus brick imitation on the arcade columns. Emilio Sessa was called in 1952 to handle this work and some main panels, while Aldo Locatelli painted the walls and the transept dome.
