French architect Christian de Portzamparc designed this modern architectural complex, which opened its doors to the public on January 3, 2013.
The center maintains six performance halls, including a main auditorium for 1,800 spectators and dedicated spaces for chamber music, dance, and electronic compositions.

The building incorporates suspended gardens between its concrete blocks, creating elevated green spaces that integrate nature with architectural elements.
