Templo Budista de Brasília, Buddhist temple in Plano Piloto, Brazil.
The temple features traditional Japanese architectural elements with white walls, curved roofs, and a prominent bell tower in the center courtyard.
The Buddhist community obtained land permission from President Juscelino Kubitschek in 1958, two years before Brasilia's official inauguration.
The temple hosts regular meditation sessions, martial arts classes including aikido and karate, along with Buddhist teachings every Tuesday and Thursday.
Located at Area 315/316 South Wing, the temple maintains regular visiting hours and provides parking facilities for worshippers and visitors.
Every New Year's Eve, the temple conducts a ceremony with 108 bell rings, gathering hundreds of participants for reflection and meditation.
