Green Bay Pluit was developed by Agung Podomoro Land on 12.5 hectares of reclaimed seafront in Pluit, North Jakarta. Its Bay Walk Mall, run by subsidiary PT Kelola Hijau Sukses, occupies six floors with 55,000 square metres and about 250 stores. The complex sits between the Muara Angke fishing port to the west and a PLN power plant to the east.
The waterfront walkway at Bay Walk Mall looks across to Apartemen Pantai Mutiara, Marina Condominium and the Regatta complex, and the Bandar Djakarta restaurant serves seafood with that sea view. From the mall's pier, speed boats carry passengers out to the Kepulauan Seribu islands in Jakarta Bay. The basement level holds the Bay Walk Tunnel, lined with shops and a water feature, leading to two gardens.
The complex has multiple entry points and good connections to public transport, with secured parking facilities available throughout. Daily access to retail and recreational areas is provided from early morning until late evening.
