350 St Kilda Road

350 St Kilda Road is a 30-story residential tower in Melbourne standing 120 meters tall with three basement levels underground. The building commands wide views across the city and surrounding metropolitan areas.

The building was constructed in 1974 as an administrative office for Australia's Defence Department and initially employed about 1,500 staff members. In 1998 it underwent major renovation and conversion to residential apartments.
