Australian Centre for Contemporary Art

The Australian Centre for Contemporary Art occupies a rust-colored steel building with four exhibition spaces and two rehearsal studios for dance performances.

Established in 1983 and relocated to its current location in 2002, the center received the RAIA Institutional Architecture Award for its innovative design.

The institution has commissioned more than 200 works from Australian and international artists, presenting diverse exhibitions focused on contemporary artistic expressions.

The building's exterior features minimal openings in its steel facade, allowing flexible interior configurations for various installations and exhibitions throughout the year.
