Green Lantern Coaster

The Green Lantern Coaster is a steel roller coaster at Warner Bros. Movie World on the Gold Coast that thrills riders with steep turns and rapid twists throughout its route. The track features multiple inversions and provides riders with sweeping views across the theme park as they race along the course.

The coaster debuted in late 2011 following a short construction period and quickly became a signature attraction of the park. Since opening, the ride has undergone maintenance and improvements to ensure safe and reliable operation for visitors.

The ride incorporates elements from DC Comics, including the Green Lantern oath played through onboard audio during the lift hill ascent.

To find the coaster, follow the park map and plan your visit for quieter times if you prefer shorter waits. Riders should prepare for physical demands and be aware of any height or health requirements before boarding.

In March 2015, a mechanical failure led to a car detachment incident, resulting in extensive repairs and modifications before reopening in December 2015.
