The Batwing Spaceshot is a tower ride at Warner Bros. Movie World on the Gold Coast that launches passengers straight up before dropping them back down at high speed. The tower stands tall above the surrounding park and is visible from many areas within the grounds.
The ride opened in 2006, replacing an older film-themed attraction that had occupied the same spot in the park. It has remained in operation since then and is one of the taller structures on the grounds.
The ride takes its name and look from the Batman universe, and this connection is visible throughout the surrounding area of the park. Guests walking nearby will notice themed décor and references to the same fictional world.
