Wild West Falls Adventure Ride, Log flume ride at Warner Bros Movie World, Gold Coast, Australia
The Wild West Falls Adventure Ride transports visitors through mine shafts and ghost towns before culminating in a 20-meter drop at speeds reaching 70 kilometers per hour.
The attraction opened in December 1998 under the name Wild Wild West, inspired by the Warner Brothers film, and underwent modifications following a fire incident in 2003.
The ride incorporates elements from classic Warner Brothers western films in its queue area, creating connections between cinematic heritage and physical entertainment.
Following renovations in 2022, the ride now features stationary loading stations and accommodates 600 passengers per hour in boats manufactured by WhiteWater West.
The experience includes an unexpected backwards drop and encounters with animatronic figures, including a miner who warns passengers about an impending explosion.
