UCR Soccer Stadium

The UCR Soccer Stadium is a college sports facility in Riverside that features seating along the western sideline with additional grass areas flanking both sides. The venue holds roughly 878 seats and accommodates spectators for regular matches throughout the competitive seasons.

The facility was established in the 1950s as the original home grounds for the UC Riverside Highlanders men's soccer program. The site was later upgraded with modern playing surface technology to support expanded athletic use.

The stadium strengthens community bonds through regular sporting events, including matches between University of California teams and special celebrations.

Parking and public transit access are both available for visitors attending events at this location. Students with valid university identification can attend matches without paying admission, making it accessible for the campus community.

The playing surface has been covered with TigerTurf artificial grass since 2007, allowing both men's and women's teams to use the field without causing wear damage. This durable surface was installed to support higher usage demands from multiple programs.
