Bubas Bridge, Colonial bridge in Puebla, Mexico.
The underground passage connects the western side of the city with the center through a stone structure built during colonial times.
The bridge was constructed in 1555 by order of corregidor Don Luis de León Romano to facilitate crossing over the San Francisco River.
The structure forms part of Los Secretos de Puebla, a tourist circuit showcasing underground passages and colonial engineering in the city.
After being buried for centuries when the San Francisco riverbed was vaulted, the bridge was rediscovered and restored in 2014.
The bridge stands as one of the first major infrastructure projects in colonial Puebla, linking El Alto neighborhood with the city center.
