The building transformed from a luxury hotel into a 105-unit residential complex, serving elderly residents and individuals with disabilities in the San Antonio community.
The property maintains affordable housing status through Section 8 program qualification, with units reserved for residents earning up to 60% of the area median income.
A $15 million renovation project in 2022 modernized the building while preserving original architectural elements, including historical doors, hardware, and mosaic tile features.
