Victory Tower, Unfinished skyscraper in Victory Park, Dallas, United States
Victory Tower is an incomplete 43-story residential skyscraper in Victory Park designed by architectural firm Kohn Pedersen Fox with a glass and steel facade. The building was planned to contain private apartments, shared workspaces, and fitness facilities distributed across its floors.
Construction began in 2018 as part of a larger urban development plan to transform Victory Park into a residential and commercial neighborhood. The project was later halted, leaving the building incomplete.
The tower incorporates art installations from Dallas artists throughout its common spaces, reflecting the neighborhood's commitment to supporting local creative expression.
The building can be viewed from outside and is visible from Victory Park where pedestrian paths provide access to surrounding areas. Note that interior spaces are not open to the public.
Each floor of Victory Tower provides panoramic views of Dallas through floor-to-ceiling windows, displaying the American Airlines Center and downtown skyline.
