One Arts Plaza

One Arts Plaza is a 24-story skyscraper in the Dallas Arts District housing office spaces, retail areas, and residential units. The structure brings together multiple businesses and services in a single building that stands out in the downtown landscape.

The building was developed starting in 2005 by the Billingsley Company and opened to tenants in 2007. Its creation was part of a broader effort to establish the arts district as a mixed-use neighborhood.

The building shapes the Dallas Arts District landscape and sits near concert halls, museums, and exhibition spaces. It has become part of the neighborhood where people gather to experience the city's art scene.

The complex is easy to reach and sits in an active neighborhood with shops and services nearby. Visitors can find parking and access points throughout the area to explore the building and surroundings.

The east and west sides of the building display large LED squares that change colors throughout the day. This lighting system was created by designer Scott Oldner and makes the structure a notable sight especially after dark.
