Carmen de la Legua Reynoso

Carmen de la Legua Reynoso is an administrative district situated between Lima and Callao, containing residential areas, schools, and commercial zones. The area is crossed by the Rímac River and functions as both a residential and industrial zone for local residents.

The district received official establishment in 1964 through efforts by local leaders to create a new administrative area. This foundation marked the formal beginning of the jurisdiction in the region.

Local educational centers, including I.E. Bandera de la Paz and I.E. Raúl Porras Barrenechea, provide education services to the district's young population.

The district office provides services including business permits, inspections, tax administration, and civil registration for residents. These services are available at the local government buildings throughout the area.
