Imagine It! The Children's Museum of Atlanta occupies 16,316 square feet on the ground floor of Museum Tower, beside Centennial Olympic Park. Its permanent exhibits include Fundamentally Food, Tools for Solutions with a corkscrew-and-crane ball machine, Leaping into Learning for children under five, Let Your Creativity Flow with an art studio and paint wall, and Gateway to the World. A 2015 renovation added a 3,000-square-foot second-story mezzanine and a two-story climbing structure.

The museum started in 1988 as a mobile institution without a permanent building and relocated to a fixed location in 2003. A major renovation in 2015 modernized the facility and expanded its capabilities.

The Imaginators, the museum's troupe of professional actors, guide school field-trip groups, invent hands-on activities and stage original 20-minute mini-musicals, often themed to the traveling exhibit on view. The museum opened in 2003 in the ground floor of Museum Tower and was called Imagine It! from 2003 to 2011.

The museum occupies the ground floor of Museum Tower beside Centennial Olympic Park, with a second-story mezzanine added in 2015 and a two-story climbing structure inside. Exhibits are designed for children under nine, and school groups from across North Georgia visit on field trips guided by the Imaginators.

A section called the Morph Gallery displays rotating exhibitions throughout the year, regularly replaced with new content and themes. This rotation keeps the experience fresh and gives returning visitors new things to explore.
