Yoo on the Park is a 25-story residential high-rise with 245 apartments located near Piedmont Park. The building features a distinctive green facade with ground-floor retail spaces and wellness facilities including a cryotherapy center.
The project was built through a partnership between The Trillist Companies and YOO Studio, beginning construction in 2015 and finishing in 2017. The development represented a modern residential concept for the Midtown area.
The building reflects how modern residents want to live close to galleries and theaters in the neighborhood. The green facade and shared spaces create a place where people can gather and enjoy the area's cultural life.
