Bank of California Building, Bank building in Downtown Seattle, United States.
The Bank of California Building at 815 2nd Avenue features a gray glazed terra cotta facade with Roman ionic columns and large windows.
Constructed in 1924 on the former site of the Epler Block, this building served as the Bank of California headquarters until 1974.
The interior banking room spans 60 by 70 feet with a rotunda ceiling and contains variegated marble imported directly from France.
The building maintains its original banking function, operating as a Key Bank branch since 1993 after previous ownership by Puget Sound Mutual Savings Bank.
