Fourth and Madison Building, Modern office skyscraper in downtown Seattle, United States.
The Fourth and Madison Building is a modern office tower in downtown Seattle with 40 floors wrapped in glass panels. It sits at the corner of Fourth Avenue and Madison Street and houses extensive commercial workspace throughout.
Completed in 2002, the tower was the first building in Seattle to exceed 150 meters after a decade without major construction. This completion marked a turning point in downtown development.
The building received recognition through the BOMA International Office Building of the Year Award in 2007 for its architectural excellence.
The building is easy to access from a central downtown intersection and works well with public transit connections. Multiple elevators throughout make moving between floors straightforward.
The seventh floor features a rooftop garden designated as a privately owned public open space for visitors and tenants.
