Pacific Building, Office skyscraper in Downtown Seattle, United States.
The Pacific Building reaches 286 feet high with 22 floors, featuring postmodern architecture and five elevators at 720 Third Avenue in Seattle's business district.
The Pacific Building Corporation, under Richard H. Hadley's leadership, completed this commercial structure in 1971 following extensive foundation support studies by Dames & Moore.
The building maintains a central role in Seattle's commercial landscape, providing 227,556 square feet of space for businesses and organizations in the downtown area.
Following the 2007 acquisition by Meriwether Partners for 34 million dollars, the structure underwent substantial renovations to modernize both interior and exterior elements.
The building experienced a transformation from low occupancy rates in 1995 to reaching 90 percent capacity by 2001 under Martin Smith Inc management.
