Sky Las Vegas is a 45-story condominium tower with 409 units on a 3-acre site on the Las Vegas Strip in Winchester, Nevada. It rises 152 m and was designed by Klai Juba Architects. A 14,378 sq ft CVS Pharmacy operates inside the building, and the upper three floors hold four three-story SkySuites of 5,000 sq ft each.

In 2001 NewMark Merrill planned a two-story, 55,000 sq ft retail project called the Boulevard Collection on the 3-acre site, but it stalled after the September 11 attacks. Nevada Development Partners bought the land for $13.5 million in March 2004 and announced the 40-story, 350-unit Sky Las Vegas in July 2004. Construction began in 2005, and the tower opened in May 2007 as the first high-rise condominium on the Las Vegas Strip.

Some premium units occupy three full floors with private elevators and rooftop garden patios. These spaces offer views spanning both the Las Vegas Boulevard and the nearby Sphere structure.
