Molasky Corporate Center, Corporate office building in downtown Las Vegas, United States

The Molasky Corporate Center is a 17-story office and retail building at 100 City Parkway in downtown Las Vegas, Nevada. It is made of glass and steel, with 852,000 sq ft of space including 285,000 sq ft of offices. Floor-level air vents supply cleaner air, and at night green accent lighting and a yellow crown mark the tower.

Construction took place from 2005 to 2007, making this the first new office building to rise in downtown Las Vegas after four decades of no new development. Its completion represented a turning point in revitalizing the downtown business district.

The Southern Nevada Water Authority owns five office floors and made the tower its headquarters, signing a 20-year, $63.3 million lease in 2004. Its other tenants have included the Las Vegas Valley Water District, Bank of Nevada, two law firms, a Jason's Deli restaurant and a 24 Hour Fitness gym. Irwin Molasky's own company occupied the top floor.

The building sits in the heart of the downtown business district and is easily accessible from surrounding streets. Ground-floor retail includes fitness facilities, restaurants, and banking services that serve daily needs for downtown workers and visitors.

The structure was built using recycled steel and insulation made from shredded blue jeans, earning it LEED Gold certification for its sustainable design. This creative approach to materials demonstrates how environmental responsibility can be integrated into office construction.
