The Molasky Corporate Center is a modern office tower that rises 17 stories above downtown Las Vegas with both professional workspace and ground-floor retail. The structure provides office suites throughout its upper levels while street-level shops and services create a mixed-use environment.

Construction took place from 2005 to 2007, making this the first new office building to rise in downtown Las Vegas after four decades of no new development. Its completion represented a turning point in revitalizing the downtown business district.
