The Ogden, Residential building in Las Vegas, Nevada, US
The Ogden, formerly known as Streamline Tower, rises 21 stories high at 150 North Las Vegas Boulevard, featuring 275 luxury condominiums.
The building opened in May 2008 on the former location of the Golden Inn motel, which was demolished in 2004 to make way for new development.
The property became a central element of downtown Las Vegas redevelopment when Zappos CEO Tony Hsieh selected it for his Downtown Project initiative.
The building provides residents access to a rooftop pool, fitness center, communal areas, and an on-site parking facility in downtown Las Vegas.
After financial challenges and foreclosure in 2009, the structure received its current name in 2011, reflecting one of the streets it faces.
