The Ogden, Residential building in Las Vegas, Nevada, US
The Ogden is a 21-story residential tower with 275 luxury condominiums located on North Las Vegas Boulevard in the heart of the city. The building contains rooftop amenities including a pool, fitness center, and shared spaces alongside parking facilities.
The tower opened in 2008 on the site of the former Golden Inn motel, which was demolished in 2004. This development marked the start of modern residential growth in downtown Las Vegas.
The building became central to downtown Las Vegas when it was selected for a major revitalization project in the area. It represents how the neighborhood transformed into a new residential destination.
The building sits on North Las Vegas Boulevard and is easy to access by foot from nearby attractions. Keep in mind this is a residential property, so interior amenities are for residents only.
The structure was originally called Streamline Tower and received its current name in 2011 based on the street it faces. This naming change came after the building went through foreclosure in 2009 following financial troubles.
