Eastside Baptist Church is a single-story red brick church at 219 N. Osage Avenue, on the corner of East 2nd Street in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. Built in 1921, it has a symmetrical facade with a central entrance and rows of windows. The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

The congregation began as Zion Bethel Church in 1903 and constructed this building in 1921 to serve its growing membership. Recognition by the National Register of Historic Places in November 1984 acknowledged its historical value to the region.

The congregation was founded in 1903 as Zion Bethel Church, meeting in a frame residence on the site of the present building. The Eastside Baptist name and the 1921 brick church mark the community's growth; the building is listed as the second-oldest black church building in Okmulgee.
