Lake Eufaula State Park, State park with lake access in McIntosh County, United States.
Lake Eufaula State Park sits along the shoreline of a large reservoir and offers water-based recreation along with land activities for visitors throughout the year. The property includes camping areas, a golf course, boat launch facilities, and trail systems through natural forest and grassland.
The park began in 1965 under a different name and was renamed in 2002 as management evolved and new facilities were added. These changes reflected growing visitor interest in recreational opportunities across the region.
The Deep Fork Nature Center here teaches visitors about native plants and wildlife of Oklahoma through hands-on exhibits and ranger-led programs that run throughout the year.
The park has over 200 camping spots for tents and RVs along with a few furnished cabins for overnight stays. Multiple boat ramps make water access easy, and an onsite golf course with equipment shop plus a small airstrip serve different visitor needs.
A dedicated mountain bike trail system winds through the park terrain with routes for different skill levels and riding styles. The on-site airstrip lets visitors with small aircraft fly in directly rather than drive to reach the location.
