Island6 is an artist-run space in Shanghai's Moganshan Road district where creators produce artworks across multiple forms and media. The venue occupies a renovated warehouse and hosts exhibitions alongside working studios where visitors can observe production processes.

The space was established in 2006 within a converted flour mill that had been part of the district's industrial past. This transformation marked the beginning of the Moganshan Road area's shift from manufacturing to a creative hub.

Island6 brings together artists who work across different media and methods, creating a space where digital technology and manual craft coexist. Visitors can observe how these different approaches to making art interact with one another in the same environment.
