This site once held a 9-story cooperative housing building from the 1960s that housed multiple residential units. The current tower replaced it with a modern high-rise development reflecting changing architectural approaches in Hong Kong.

The building features artworks and interior decorations created by French artist Polo. These artistic elements reflect international influences in Hong Kong's residential design.

The location sits in the established Mid-Levels area with easy access to public transportation and local services. Note that this is a private residential building, so entry to the grounds may be limited to residents and authorized guests.

The development employed an unusual floor numbering strategy that skips certain numbers to create the impression of greater height. This practice reflects cultural beliefs about lucky and unlucky numbers in the local context.
