Parrot Coaster

The Parrot Coaster is a steel roller coaster located within Chimelong Ocean Kingdom that features a dark green track supported by beige structures. The ride includes three inversions and reaches high speeds as it winds through the park.

The coaster debuted in 2014 under the name Flying Over the Rainforest and was the first wing coaster to open in Asia. Its engineering was created by Bolliger & Mabillard, introducing a new ride design to the region.

The trains incorporate Chinese engineering with western design principles, featuring decorative parrot heads and specialized seating arrangements for 32 passengers.

Riders must be at least 140 centimeters tall to experience this coaster. The ride operates with multiple trains departing throughout each day.

This coaster stands out for incorporating a splashdown feature directly into its track layout. Riders experience this water moment after navigating the main inversions and turns.
