Tsing Yi Public Library

The Tsing Yi Public Library occupies the first floor of the Municipal Services Building at 38 Tsing Luk Street in Tsing Yi Island.

The library began operating in March 1986 at Cheung Hong Estate before relocating to its current location in January 2000 due to population growth.

The library maintains specialized sections for adults, children, and students, along with computer facilities and multimedia resources for the local community.

Visitors can access the library through Tsing Yi MTR Station Exit B, with operating hours from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM on weekdays.

Mobile library services extend the reach of Tsing Yi Public Library to remote areas within the island, serving estates like Cheung Ching and Cheung Fat.
