The garden extends across multiple hectares, featuring traditional architecture with covered bridges connecting northern and southern sections along the Beixi River.
The garden was established in 1998 by Huang Yuanxin as a dedication to his mother and later expanded with a northern section honoring his father.
The garden incorporates elements of Suzhou and Hangzhou classical garden designs while expressing local Cantonese water township characteristics through its layout and features.
Located beside Highway 105, the garden welcomes visitors daily from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, maintaining status as a National AAAA tourist attraction.
The northern section displays symbolic sculptures including a bronze crane, spirit turtle, and pine, while Australian Callistemon plants add international flair.
