Hangzhou No.2 Telecom Hub, Telecommunications skyscraper in Jianggan District, Hangzhou, China

Hangzhou No.2 Telecom Hub is an office tower with 41 floors above ground plus basement levels, covered in glass and steel with a contemporary design. The building houses telecommunications facilities and office space for multiple technology companies in the city center.

Construction began in October 1998 at the east end of the Qianjiang Third Bridge, and the tower was finished in early 2003. It was officially opened on 28 December 2006, nine years after groundbreaking, because Qianjiang New City was still in its early stages and supporting facilities lagged. At 232 m roof height it was then Hangzhou's tallest, surpassed in 2010 by the 258 m Zhejiang Fortune Financial Center West Tower.

The tower is the main office building of the Hangzhou branch of China Telecommunications Corporation, and its name distinguishes it from the city's first telecom building at Wulin Gate, built in the 1970s. Its opening on 28 December 2006 came after years of delay while Qianjiang New City's supporting facilities lagged behind the tower itself.

The tower stands at 288 Fuchun Road in Qianjiang New City, at the east end of the Qianjiang Third Bridge. It is an office building for the Hangzhou branch of China Telecom, so the interior is not open to tourists; the tower is seen from the street and the bridge approach.

The tower was the tallest in Hangzhou when it opened, until the 258-metre Zhejiang Fortune Financial Center West Tower surpassed it in 2010. Its antenna spire reaches 248 metres, while the roof stands at 232 metres. Construction ran from October 1998 to early 2003, but the building only opened on 28 December 2006.
