Hong Kong Gold Coast

Hong Kong Gold Coast is a residential complex with modern high-rises, a marina, shopping centers, and a public beach along Castle Peak Bay. The site spans a large area with direct waterfront access and various leisure facilities for residents and visitors.

A developer acquired the land in the 1980s and completed the first phase with five residential towers in 1990. This early expansion marked an important moment in developing Tuen Mun District as a modern residential area.

The residential area blends contemporary waterfront living, where residents regularly use the yacht club, beach bars, and water sports venues. This mix of housing and leisure activities shapes daily life and shows how city dwellers enjoy free time by the sea.

Regular bus services on Castle Peak Road connect the complex to other areas of Hong Kong for easy access. The beach and promenade are within easy walking distance, and the shopping center is centrally located in the complex.

The site features one of Hong Kong's first artificial beaches with a long promenade planted with coconut palms. This constructed shoreline creates a tropical feeling and stands apart from natural beaches in the area.
