Lower Ngau Tau Kok Estate was a residential complex with seven buildings in Kwun Tong that housed over 5,400 families. It sat directly across from Kowloon Bay MTR station, making it well-connected to the rest of the city.
The estate was built between 1967 and 1969 and was one of Hong Kong's first residential complexes using prefabricated construction. It was demolished in 2010 after serving as an important housing solution for decades.
