Lishui River Bridge is a suspension bridge spanning across a deep gorge in Zhangjiajie, connecting two districts on either side. The structure features steel cables anchored to tall concrete towers that rise high above the river valley below.
Construction began in 2009 using innovative cable installation techniques and was completed in 2012. The project marked a major step forward in connecting remote areas of Hunan Province through modern infrastructure.

The structure rises 330 meters above the Lishui River, ranking among the highest bridges worldwide with a total length of 1,194 meters.
