Tianyi's Tomb

Tianyi's Tomb is a museum complex and burial site nestled at the foot of Cuiwei Mountain with multiple exhibition halls. The grounds feature carved statues placed along a traditional Spirit Way and contain various structures spread across the terrain.

Tianyi served at the imperial court for many decades during the Ming and Qing dynasties. His long career established him as one of the most influential figures in imperial politics.

The exhibition halls show how eunuchs lived and worked in imperial society, revealing their daily roles and responsibilities at court. Visitors can see how these individuals shaped the inner workings of the palace.

The grounds are easy to navigate with clear paths guiding visitors through all major areas. It is helpful to wear comfortable shoes and allow time to view the various exhibition sections and statues throughout the site.
